No experience necessary. General contractor, handyman or property maintenance background would be great, but not required. We will train you as a new vendor/subcontractor at no cost, showing you the complete services and training you in a new field. You will need to supply all the necessary tools, equipment and vehicle, as well as insurances. BLM Companies, LLC has the HUD Property Preservation/Maintenance contract for 27 states. Independent Contractors will perform Clean Outs/Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance, Snow Removal and Inspections to ensure that each HUD property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies, and we are willing to train.
