Excel Staffing is currently hiring CSR's for the winter. You must have 3+ years of customer service with a combination of both in store retail and call center experience. Must be able to operate a computer and proficient with Microsoft programs. Verbal and written communication skills are imperative. Have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workloads. Attention to detail is extremely important, as is enthusiasm. Must possess a professional attitude, have good problem solving, analytical and people skills. Must be able to work independently yet still be a team player in a team-oriented environment.

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be involved in all aspects of customer relations. Assisting customers with inquiries via email, telephone and fax or regular mail. Customer service representatives can expect to address inquiries regarding order entry, order status, shipments, payments, returns, warranty services, refunds, general information about products and services. Accurate recording and handling of customer inquiries along with providing alternate solutions when needed is a required.

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday

Holiday Closures: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day
