Eldorado Community is seeking a Seasonal Pool Manager.
The Pool Manager is responsible for the safety and well-being of the patrons recreating at the Eldorado Pool and providing positive customer service. Also, responsible for the management of the ECIA pool facility and all lifeguards.
Education and Experience
Certified Pool Operator
Certified in CPR and Lifeguarding for the Professional Rescuer
Certified in Lifeguard
Minimum of 2 year pool management experience
Ability to assess problems and determine an appropriate solution
Ability to know and understand ECIA Pool Rules
Strong sense of and high standard for customer service
Possess teamwork abilities
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate professional and positive demeanor
Ability to adapt in a changing workplace
Possess integrity and credibility
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Work will be performed during Pool hours at the Pool, may include some evenings or weekends
Position to start one week prior to Memorial Weekend through September 30, 2018.
Must be available to work the entire scheduled season.
