Job Details:

Position: Federal Budget and Reporting Specialist

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Santa Fe, NM

Required/desired skills:

) Must be proficient in using the federal Medicaid Budget and Expenditure System (submitting CMS 37 report, generating various reports for management review) minimum 5 years.

) Must be experienced in organizing, writing, and reconciling Advanced Planning Documents (APDs), CMS 37 budget projections across state and federal fiscal years (minimum 5 years ).

) Must have experience in assessing, recommending, and producing business processes for federal funding requests.

) Must be experienced in coordinating internal staff resources with multiple state and federal level agencies to create scopes of work for staff to meet compliance requirements.

) Must be proficient in federal regulations related to agency work.

) Must have analytical skills to develop and communicate complex spreadsheets for management reviews.

) Experience with implementing a new system is beneficial.

) Experience with Project Management is beneficial.

) Microsoft SharePoint
