Job Details:

Position: Functional Manager

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Santa Fe, NM

Required/desired skills:

) A bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or other related field.

) 10+ years of experience with an emphasis on project management and senior level executive support.

) Expertise in use of office technology, including the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint); Internet; and e-mail .

) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

) Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

) Attends relevant meetings, develops and manages work plans, and ensures or facilitates appropriate follow up.

) Drafts key communications such as documentation, presentations,reports, and policies.

) Takes a leadership role in managing complex projects

) Effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff

) Work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

) Manages multiple projects while remaining flexible and positive
