We are looking for a professional Captain Server who has a solid foundation of food & wine that understands the art of hospitality.
5 years minimum experience and a strong classic cocktail knowledge is a must. Please only apply if you can answer classic cocktail preparation, ingredients, garnish etc in the in person interview.
