COMMUNITY MANAGER – Colliers International is seeking a full-time Community Manager in Santa Fe. Your primary duties and responsibilities include the over-site and preservation of La Casa Loma Apartments, managing and coordinating the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational and occupancy goals. Other duties also include show and lease available apartments, answer phones to assist prospective and current residents, create and organize reports, leases and paperwork, inspect available apartments and property. Must possess excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Required qualifications: leasing experience helpful, proficient in MS office, and reliable transportation, available to work Saturdays when needed.
