WHAT: Executive Assistant / Household ManagerPrimary responsibilities include: office management (tracking expenses, entering data, ordering supplies, general organization, communicating/coordinating with a team of creative professionals), and some tasks shared by all support staff (email correspondence, taking dictation, scheduling appointments, internet research, shopping, errands, writing/editing, creative collaboration).WHEN: We’re looking to fill weekday afternoon/evenings from noon to 8pma full-time position, 30-40 hrs/wk.
