Job Title: Fractional Recruiter – Preschool Teacher Jobs (Remote)

Job Type: Part-Time, Fractional (10-20 hours/month)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced fractional recruiter to help us attract and hire passionate preschool teachers. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone seeking a part-time opportunity. Job Description:

As a Fractional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing our hiring process for preschool teacher positions. You will work closely with our team to post job listings, review applications, and help facilitate the hiring process. Your role will be key in ensuring we attract high-quality candidates who share our vision for early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage job postings for preschool teacher positions on various job boards and platforms.

Review incoming applications and resumes, screening for qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings or interviews (if necessary).

Coordinate interviews with qualified candidates and internal hiring managers.

Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Provide recommendations for improving our recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, OR a well organized and proactive "go getter" who can generate results quickly

Ideal (but not required) - recruiting experience with a focus on education or childcare roles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to finding quality candidates.

Familiarity with using job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work 10-20 hours per month with flexibility around the schedule.

Must have your own laptop, phone and internet connection (you can work from home)
