Eldorado True Value Hardware in the La Tienda shopping center is looking for one person to add to our team. The position will be part time to start but can become a full time position.
This is a customer service position with many aspects. First and foremost is helping customers find what they need and provide product recommendations for their DIY projects. In addition there is constant cleaning and organizing the store, checking and restocking inventory on the shelves, and re ordering.
There are definitely physical parts to the job. Unloading and restocking the incoming inventory and carrying things to the customer's vehicle means you must be able to lift and carry 50lbs without a problem.
The ideal person will have some handyman or construction experience. That can be from past job experience or just strong personal DIY on your own house. Most everything we do can be learned but personality and honestly caring about helping people can not. If you have those two things we can teach you about everything else.
