We are starting Peak Season hiring now for Full-Time Delivery Drivers to provide package pickup and delivery services out of the Santa Fe FedEx Terminal. OUR DRIVERS ENJOY:
$18.00/Hourly plus time and a half overtime!

REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 3 years (Any driving done as part of a job where is received from a business Uber, Construction, Landscaping, Food Delivery, Etc.)
Must be 21 years old.
Be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday. Drivers must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday every week. Available to work 5-6 days including weekends.
Perform daily Pre & Post inspections on vehicle.
Work independently or as part of a team.
Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner.
Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process.
Clean driving record- No DUIs within the past 5 years.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Candidate must be in good physical condition (DOT Physical Required).
Must be able to pass a road test.
No history of revoked or suspended drivers license.
No more than 1 moving violations on driving record within the past 3 years.
Be of legal status to work in the USA, We E-Verify.
Be able to safely lift/carry packages weighing up to 150lbs with a hand truck.
Pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver.
Excellent customer service skills.
Candidates must be EXTREMELY dependable and self-motivated.
Have good organization and time management skills.
Must have working Android, Apple phone or tablet that you can bring with you everyday.
Be Calm/Composed/Customer Friendly- We need drivers who can put safety first- Always put safety first when you drive- No cell phones, no texting, no speeding, no running lights, no cutting and no road rage.
