Community Worker - In Home Aged Care- Leading Aged Care Provider offering job security
- Permanent Part Time Opportunity
- Uniform, work smart phone, induction and buddy shifts
- MUST HAVE Medication certificate to be considered for this position
Currently we’re looking for an experienced Community Workerto join our Wagga Wagga team on a permanent part timebasis.
You will be travelling to our clients homes in Wagga Wagga and will be required to be available for shifts between 9am - 5pm Monday toFriday.As part of a dedicated team you will be required to provide services that may include:
- Personal care such as showering, grooming and toileting
- Domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Certificate III or IVin Aged Care AND Medication Competency
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded
- An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle isessential
- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Evidence of 2020 Flu Vaccination
