You will be ensuring that all food items that leave the kitchen are of a high standard in presentation and meet Sodexo’s standards. Providing excellent customer service to all customers and support the chef manager to assist with the training and development of catering assistants. You will maintaina high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

You will have previous experience within a manufacturing/ hospitality/ hotel environment, be able to demonstratefood preparation & presentation skills of a high standard. You will have strong understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP.
