Role: Business Analyst (Senior)

Job Description:72 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements60 months experience in preparing functional and detail system design documents72 months experience with all phases of testing (i.e., system, integration, user acceptance and pilot) including the creation of use cases, test conditions, and review of output.12 months experience with automated testing including review of output and maintenance of test scripts36 Months experience systems analysis, testing and implementation of a web-based system36 Months experience with the software development life cycle including system implementation into multiple environments and interaction between environments36 Months experience working with large databases, would contain over 15 million records, or would be available for over 500 users24 months experience mapping data elements from source to target schema.24 Months experience writing, trouble-shooting and running basic and complex SQL queries.12 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. property valuation, assessments and tax exemptions).
