The Functional Vendor Analyst will be responsible for identifying root cause of functional deficiencies and working with the Functional leader to prioritize client base and help in tracking improvement contribution to established action plans.Core Responsibilities: Analyze data from multiple sources to identify root cause description of KPI deficiency.
Prepare and present documentation illustrating findings to operational leaders.
Assist in preparation of month end presentations for leadership updates on client performance
Perform revenue cycle management duties as needed
Requirements:
2 years experience in decision making analytics
Strong Analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with accountabilities within a matrix organization
For remote roles, a dedicated workspace and strong internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel and web based Business Intelligence Data sources;
Global Offshore communication experience;
Success in managing an accountability matrix
