- Solution architect with several years of experience implementing Oracle Peoplesoft HCM with a strong knowledge of Core HR Functions and proven experience of mapping HR processes to Peoplesoft capabilities and leading efforts to customize, design, build and configure Peoplesoft.
- Experience leading a team of architects across multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules (benefits, payroll, performance management etc) in implementing a PeopleSoft HRMS solution for a large public sector entity.
- Public sector experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite. Current estimate is at least 50% onsite work.
