- This person will need strong experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Peoplesoft HCM performance management module.
- This person will need to prepare and lead requirement gathering workshops to help understand and assess the client’s current legacy systems (multiple highly customized peoplesoft solutions) and help understand the gap with the latest versions of peoplesoft as well as identify fit-gaps with out of the box Peoplesoft performance management functionality
- Capability to author an impact analysis report identifying fit-gap analysis and recommendations for business process re-engineering, necessary customizations and other considerations for performance management module implementation in future phases.
- Ability to travel to Albany for client workshops
