    Full-Time, Exempt Position can be remote within New York State

    The Innovation Delivery Manager is responsible for the implementation design and execution for strategic initiatives for MVP Health Care. This role is responsible for the translation of MVP's initiation strategy into execution and delivery for the entire organization and ensuring all implementation work is aligned to and prioritized based upon the strategic vision. To do so, this individual will work closely with the Innovation Strategy team, across internal/external leadership teams, with business partners and stakeholders, and by providing direction for MVP Program Management. In addition, the role will be responsible for project monitoring, risk mitigation, executive reporting on the health of the initiative, project communication plans, and metric development and monitoring to ensure successful execution.

    This individual will be responsible for influencing and adherence to an Innovation Delivery Playbook. This includes hosting retrospective evaluations and future state solutioning of Innovation Delivery processes to ensure MVP is deploying across the organization, a repeatable and agile delivery model grounded in the MVP Way.

    The Innovation Delivery Manager will embrace and embody a culture where business units work toward collaboration, innovation, and positive customer experience. The Innovation Delivery Manager will be an enterprise level thinker, capable of pioneering continuous improvement across the organization, and ensuring execution work exemplifies excellence in delivery, member experience, and partner relationships.

    Accountabilities
    • Alignment to and translation of innovation strategy and vision into well-developed enterprise wide execution plans
    • Strat-X oversight and executive level reporting for a portfolio of initiatives
    • Continuous evaluation of and improvements to the Innovation Delivery Playbook in conjunction with the Innovation Delivery team
    Position Qualifications:

    Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Minimum Experience:
    • Seven years of professional experience in a multi-disciplined setting, either in health care, marketing, retail, or other consumer-focused business
    • Five years of professional experience in health care, preferably health insurance, biopharmaceuticals or care delivery
    • Prior experience with leading/facilitating cross-functional teams
    • Experience with or exposure to Predictive Index, Lean and Agile/Scrum strongly preferred
    • Analytics/data-driven background strongly preferred
    Required Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, effectively lead discussions, and prepare/deliver presentations for internal/external audiences
    • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment: a curiosity and eagerness to solve big challenges and ability to manage projects independently
    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
    • Strong results-oriented team player with a passion for driving cross functional collaboration
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
    • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and follow through
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize work and resolve issues using sound judgment to improve processes and drive change
    • Skilled in decision making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation
    • Capable of transferring knowledge to existing staff
    • Experience in SharePoint, Power BI preferred, Microsoft Suite required.
    • Complies with company ethics policies
    Travel Anticipated

    This position requires occasional overnight travel, approximately 10% of the time.
