If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Advisory Technology Service Delivery team organization.Responsibilities:Work with an onshore and offshore team in the information technology service management (ITSM) delivery of KPMG Managed Services and Software as a Service (SaaS) technology products to our external clients

Coordinate infrastructure and software deployment, manage vendor relationships and provide escalation-level support and incident management for multiple products

Define process and procedure while leveraging offshore partners, in the delivery of services in a follow-the-sun environment

Drive process improvement and cost savings through efficient IT operations, continuous operational improvement, task automation and strategic initiatives

Interface with and vendor manage, external and internal KPMG groups as well as subcontractors; including but not limited to: Service/Help Desk, Cloud Operations and Application Development across incident, problem and change

Manage client and engagement relationships though onboarding, initiation and ongoing operational support with our client and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:Minimum three years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, Software Development, and/or project management in client facing information systems/technology, and/or Cloud services utilizing Azure

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

An influential communicator that can translate business needs into technology solutions and techno-jargon into plain English.

Comfortable with change, flexible and meticulous attention to detail
