Senior Programmer

Onsite from day one

The consultant will serve as programmer implementing the new CAPAS/FIDAS system including:

Analysis, design, prototype/wireframes, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team
Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work
Mentor SBOE staff on .Net implementation
Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions.

Mandatory Qualification:

72 Months experience in creating secure web applications in Microsoft .Net in a team environment.

36 Months experience programming applications in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), MVC, JQuery, JSON, and C#.NET, using .NET Framework 4.0 or above

24 Months experience in designing/architecting web applications which accessible (meet accessibility laws and regulations) and are responsive; able to be viewed on multiple different platforms and screen sizes (Desktop computer, tablet phone etc.) using the same code base.

60 Months experience in developing stored procedures, functions, packages in MS SQL Server 2008 or higher using TSQL

48 Months experience writing unit tests

48 Months experience maintaining application code in Team Foundation Server

36 Months experience in development using Agile/Scrum

36 Months experience with secure coding methodologies. This should include the ability to troubleshoot and address defects as they relate to security.

60 Months experience in designing and creating relational database structures in SQL Server to meet business needs

Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field, from an accredited institution.
