- Analysis, Design, Development of user experience, journey mapping, behavioral economics, user insights, human centered design standards in health and human services.
- Develop user interface elements and UI mockups and prototypes.
- Documentation of best practices for user experience, journey mapping, behavioral economics, user insights, human centered design standards and deliverables to be added to each IES workstream's SDLC.
- IES front end design for a generic release (without any workstream content) for the public and Social Service District stakeholders to receive communications on the program and links to related or legacy sites prior to any workstream being live.
- Over the life of the engagement, these resources will be expected to assist with the design and completion of UX deliverables for each workstream, review and analyze designs produced by each workstream based on the standards established by the UX Designers, maintain program design standards, facilitate design sessions with stakeholders, and advise the program and project teams on compliance and changes to best practices.
- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
- Five (5) years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys, user testing).
- Three (3) or more years of experience with web and mobile responsive user-interface design.
- Five (5) or more years of experience with Visual design tools such as UX Pin, Figma.
- Five (5) years of experience facilitating end user feedback in human services on portal/front end/mobile app projects.
- Three (3) or more years of experience with HTML, CSS, SCSS and Javascript.
- Experience deploying behavioral economics principles.
- Experience implementing design standards and completing designs on multiple product stacks.
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and 508 compliance standards.
- Experience reviewing user feedback through surveys, facilitated sessions, testing, and other methods and turning into actionable designs/standards.
- User Interface design experience in Health & Human services.
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral economics, computer science, design, or a related field.
