Role: Sr .Net Developer(HL7)
Location: Albany NY Client: State of NY Contract Duration: 1+ year (usually it goes up to 5 years) Visa: Any visa is fine / C2C is OK Minimum Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Experience coding in C# 3.5 or above, .NET Framework 3.5 or above, JSON/XML, XSD, XLT technologies.
- Experience with Web Services, RESTful API, WCF, ASP.NET, Web API
- Experience with the implementation security expertise: SHA, X509 certificates and AES 256 encryption.
- Experience with Single Sign-on, SAML and OAuth protocols
- Understanding of infrastructure components involved in establishing an Enterprise application integration (EAI) framework.
- Excellent communications and self-management skills
- Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills.

- Master's degree in Computer Science
- Record of publication related to clinical decision-support in behavioral health
- Experience with New York State PHI health databases
- Experience or familiarity with HL7 (Health Level 7) and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) APIs
- Microsoft Biztalk implementation
- Experience working on an Agile team
- Electronic Data Integration experience
