Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Training Developer in Albany, NY.
Daily activities will include but not be limited to: Work with SMEs (subject matter experts) to develop an online curriculum in Blackboard LMS Convert published materials into training materials to be used in Blackboard LMS Plan and implement a Train-the-Trainer curriculum for adult learners Act as Team Lead for Education and Training initiatives Report significant and recurring issues to project leadership Meet with Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team on regular basis to identify methods of communicating training opportunities to stakeholders Provide technical expertise in Blackboard to other content developersMandatory Qualification: Develops and conducts information technology training. Promotes the use of technology and assists staff to make the best use of existing and emerging management tools. Develops and maintains central Intranet web pages. Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of Experience using Blackboard or other LMS for course content development 84 Months of Experience in the creation of a training curriculum for adult learners 84 Months of Experience developing assessment rubrics using KPIs 60 months experience managing an online education project.
