Windows Systems Administrator

• Install hardware and peripheral components like disk drives, printers, keyboards and monitors.
• Install, configure and maintain monitoring software (Zabbix)
• Setup and maintain Automated Tool Data transfer scripts.
• Maintain tool IT asset inventory for LAB tools equipment
• Install and support IOT monitoring devices.
• Interface with various Business Units and support groups on standards, BKM’s and
• resolution of problematic issues
• Maintain security compliance and Client standards
• Drive support escalations
• Provide 24/7 on call support as required to support critical system downs
• Provide periodical update on status to manager and users through voice mail, email and in-person communication.
• Troubleshoot OS/networking related issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (3 – 5 Years)
• Windows Desktop and Servers experience
• Networking protocols, including HTTPS, TCP/IP, UDP, SSL, SSH, SMTP
• Proficiency in scripting and automation – bash, perl, python, etc
• Experience in clustering solutions
• Experience with physical and virtual server environments, such as x86 and VMware
• Experience with PXE and Diskless clients
• Experience with storage solutions including, RAID, and SAN technology.
• Networking experience with Cisco or comparable devices, Enterprise Load Balancers, IPTABLES, Next Generation Enterprise Firewalls
