- Our Team is seeking to hire a Network Engineer with at least five (5) years of hands-on experience.
- Research, design, document, test, implement, maintain, and modify existing methods for building out the organizations network
- Support deployments and operations of network related items such as switches, routers, load balancer, WAN optimizations appliances, wireless access points, wireless controllers, and DNS nodes.
- Deploy network protocols include VLAN tagging, Spanning-BGP, OSPF etc.
- Monitor the performance and capacity of networks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as topology diagrams and procedures.
- Support sever roles, including DNS, DHCP, on hybrid environment (Microsoft, Linux).
- Research, design, document, test, implement, maintain, and modify existing methods for building out the organizations network.
- Coordinate vendor support activities such as TAC and RMA.
- Proactively identify areas and processes within the organization that can be enhanced or replaced.
- Minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in Networking (LAN, WAN, Wireless, MPLS, etc.).
- Associate degree for a recognized institution with specialization in Information Management or Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Ability to serve as Level 3 Engineer.
- Ability to deploy network protocols, including VLAN tagging, Spanning-BGP and OSPF.
- Knowledge of network management tools (NMS) and protocols.
- Knowledge of Rational databases and data warehouse, Oracle and SQL Server required.
