Title: Web Developer
Mandatory skills:digital marketing,project managements software, Workfront, Jira,content management systems, CMS,Process Orientation, campaign operations,Project Management, project planning,Salesforce, Marketo, Intercom, Invoca, Google Analytics, Heap Analytic,web development, marketing automation,web form, digital content,QA testing, QA Description: Coordinate and manage next steps with multiple technical teams surrounding web development and marketing automation.Work with internal teams to prepare scope, plan timing, and align resources for the development of campaigns, new pages, existing pages, or new page components.Set timelines for development, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis.QA multi-step processes, ensuring multiple scenarios work as intended (e.g. web forms)QA sales calls to ensure attribution to the appropriate marketing campaigns and affiliate partners.Serv as the central point of contact for various marketing teams across the organization.Will work with clients, creative teams and teams to design, launch and test new site experiences.Supporting various marketing teams in the set-up and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.Setup and QA of digital content experience working directly with content management system and content teams.Lead extensive QA testing of digital allocation of SF campaigns, lead queue, partner/chain IDs, etc. into digital leadAnalyze lead gen and conversion data to optimize user experienceCreate product strategy documentation that describe business cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.Executing specific tasks ensuring proper marketing attribution for all campaigns: Invoca phone number setup, UTM codes, tagging.Prepare reports, metrics, and updates tracking the progress for all online ad campaigns.Help develop and standardize operating procedures in facilitating campaign management and execution with a focus on continuous improvement.Testing and QA.Requirements:Minimum BA/BS degree10+ years experience with digital marketing3-5 years of experience using content management systems (CMS). Contentful experience preferred, but not required.Excellent Project Management skills; can identify action items, issues, set priorities as new requests are received, prepare summaries and lead the web team to a successful launch.Excellent project planning skills (budgeting, Gantt chart creation, and resource management)Experience with project managements software (especially Workfront and Jira) preferred but not requiredStrong Process Orientation with key eye for detail and optimization opportunitiesPrevious campaign operations or related experience preferred but not requiredWorking knowledge or experience in campaign tracking and analytics tools including including but not limited to: Salesforce, Marketo, Intercom, Invoca, Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, etc.Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasksStrong self-starter who can create and lead new projects from scratch with minimal guidance, oversight, or resourcesCollaborative, team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing requirements.
