Job Summary
The Guest Service Expert is responsible for maintaining the salon front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our clientele a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. The Guest Service Expert will report directly to the Salon Manager and will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience, offering additional services and at-home care, booking appointments, cashing out clients and driving sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
Plans service offers and answers questions about at home care products
Books appointments using salon software.
Gives tours to all first time clients
Meets sales goals
Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Merchandizing retail displays and point of sale displays
Desired Skills and Experience
Fun, outgoing and goal driven
Customer service and retail sales (including cash handling) experience preferred.
Experience with customer relations
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, and to complete assigned projects on one's own.
A sincere interest in the beauty industry.
