Long Term Temporary Position in Albany and Menands
Paid weekly through a NYC Staffing Firm
This is a NYS Government Position.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
Experience with networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of common IT tools and applications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) may be beneficial.
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
