The position available is for a job site foreman who will be able to run large scale renovations, and new construction projects.
This individual must be an experienced carpenter and be able to manage job sites with little supervision. He must have knowledge of the entire building and remodeling process. Also must be able to lead and coordinate employees, subcontractors and vendors accordingly. We maintain a high level of quality on our job sites and are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of the C & J team.
Responsibilities:
-Run and Coordinate Jobsite
-Measure, Cut, and Install Framing
-Operate general constructions tools (Saws, Drills and Hand Tools)
Qualifications:
-NYS Drivers License and Personal Transportation
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Able to Pass Background Check
-5+ Years Experience in Residential Construction
-Commute within 50 miles of Albany, NY
