Traditional Landscaping and Design LLC is looking for experienced, hardworking individuals. We are a full service landscaping company, ranging from property maintenance to installing outdoor living spaces. We are a fast growing company with unlimited possibility for job growth. We are currently looking for a landscape foreman. This position requires the ability to:
1)knowledge of plant material including: installation techniques, maintenance requirements, and identification.
2)Ability to read landscape design plans, bed layout, and make adjustments as necessary.
3)Manage/ supervise planting crew. This includes training new crew members, and evaluating their performance.
4)Record keeping including as man hours and job jackets.
5)Perform routine maintenance on installation equipment. Includes record keeping of maintenance done, and to be completed.
6)Operate Dump truck and maneuver trailer accordingly. Also proficiently operate Mini excavator, skid steer, and dingo.
7)Interact with clients, build a rapport, and most importantly be a representative of Traditional Landscaping at all times.
-Must be physically fit; able to lift/carry 50 LBS.
-Hours: M-F. Hours range from 40-60/week. Some weekends are necessary during peak load months.
-Minimum of 2 years experience required for mowing foreman.
-This position requires having a valid, clean driver's license- Driving abstract will be reviewed prior to being awarded the position. Must have reliable transportation to shop everyday.
-Random/ Upon suspicion/ post accident drug testing required. All new hires are subject to mandatory drug test.
-Compensation is based upon experience and demonstration of being able to complete the tasks at hand. 401(K) matching for eligible employees.
