- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related field.
- 60 Months of experience with data modelling including 3NF and Dimensional/Data architecture for business intelligence and reporting in a Data Warehouse environment
- 84 Months experience in Information Technology supporting / managing / directing deployments including experience with DB2 LUW and / or Oracle
- 84 Months of experience in decision support / business intelligence environments utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
- 84 Months of experience in Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Data Lake Development
- 84 Months of Experience in writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, R, SAS, Python and UNIX code for Reporting and Data Extraction.
- 60 Months Experience with Medicaid Data
- 84 Months of experience with data acquisition, cleansing, and integrations processes (ETL, ELT); including at least one major data integration tool (Informatica/Data Stage/Data Integrator).
- 84 months experience in infrastructure Capacity Planning, Performance Management, and related functions.
- 60 Months of experience developing and presenting White Papers on current and future reference models and database architecture trends and their impact on the organization.
- 84 Months designing, developing and procurement of System and Data integration platforms across at least 20 independent systems
