The International Customer Financing System (ICFS) is a strategic application which enables the lending and leasing business of IBM Global Financing. ICFS provides functionality for the financial transactions associated with clients' acquisition of hardware, software and services as well as any subsequent transactions that occur during the technology life cycle.Job Duties: Senior Application developer the ICFS Web application in support of IBM Global Financing business unit. Responsibilities include Design, Development, Testing and Support for the ICFS Web application and related projects. Experienced developer needed to provide technical guidance and leadership.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Relevant years of experience in applications development using Java Spring Framework with expertise on JavaScript, Dojo, Core Java, J2EE, Swing, Junit and other related technologies
Working knowledge in web development tools such as HTML, CSS, J2EE features (Servlets, JSP, etc.).
Proven ability in Web Service implementation (RESTful and SOAP)
Hands on experience in Design Patterns, knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, and SQL, XML and JSON
Knowledge of OOP languages and MVC framework
Ability to independently analyse requirements based on a given specification and come up with a sound and balanced algorithmic design
Basic knowledge on DB2
Must have experience in Git/GitHub
Must have an Expertise in CI/CD using Jenkins
Experienced in working with Agile projects
Good hands-on experience in Selenium & BDD
Expertise in Maven build tool
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in any one Cloud environment. (IBM Cloud, AWS, Google cloud, Azure).
Expertise with DevOps practice and associated toolchains for code versioning, build, deploy, testing, monitoring.
Experience in Microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift.
Some basic knowledge about Mainframe technologies will be nice to have.
Experience in SonarQube, Elastic Stack & UCD will be nice to have.
Experience in ReactJS, NodeJS & NoSql database.
