Primary Skills:Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is a plus, but not 100% needed2-4 years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator and/or developerWorking knowledge of SQL Activity, Import Definition, File Transfer, Data Extracts, and Marketing Cloud programming language (Amp script and Java Script)Experience configuring filtered data extension and knowledge of Distributed Marketing data extensionsBackground platform integrations and APIs related to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM and other internal softwareAbility to work effectively with non-technical personnelExperience with agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)Fundamental understanding of database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL)Extensive experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration, journey activity and email content creationComprehension of front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScriptExperience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)Experience working collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designsPassionate about customer experience, digital transformation, and digital marketing by keeping up with trends in the MarTech and digital communications spaces
