We can promise that no two days will be the same, you will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries (mainly regarding online shopping) where you will be responsible for using your problem solving hat to get to get the answers our customers need! This contact centre role differs from most because we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support. Regardless of the channel, you will need to connect with people from all walks of life and find solutions to resolve their enquiry.
