OBJECTIVE:Fast-growing electronics manufacturing firm is seeking and IT Systems Analyst to join their team.The IT Systems Analyst will be assisting the support of the IT systems, including, but not limited to, support of day to day issues, implementations, customizations and projects. IT systems include the ERP system (Epicor), desktop support and network support. Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the day to day functionality of the ERP system, user PC’s and network.
- Work with external IT partners to maintain and enhance the IT Systems
- Participate in projects to implement, test and design system upgrades/changes
- Assist departments and teams to create and document procedures.
- Provide backup and support to other IT staff on installation, maintenance and updates to hardware and software.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
- Experience of ERP systems. Experience of Epicor is desirable, but not necessary.
- SQL and / or programming skills are desirable.
- Exposure to operational dashboards and reporting is desirable.
- Confident communicator.
- Good team player
