Desired Skills: Test and validate Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and back-end systems for CPEProvide technical support for all escalated DOCSIS CPE issues. Perform validation using the Wireless Clients and Wi-Fi networkAct as first-level escalation point for beta customer issuesPerform software and network engineering developing solutions and testingResponsible for Beta, Customer field triage and troubleshootingThis includes design and testing of the growing number of different Internet access devices such as modems, OLT’s, eMTA’s, routers, gateways, set-top boxes for the end-usersCreate and maintain related documentation including test plansParticipate in daily scrum and weekly bug review meetingsManage certification, configuration, and integration engineering of all DOCSIS CPEIdentify hardware and software testing requirements. Participate in weekly bug classification and prioritization. Establish test network environments as documented in test plans
