You’re someone who:
Lights up when greeting guests and making them feel at home
Has a natural sense of hospitality and pride in keeping things beautiful and welcoming
Is proactive — you see what needs to be done and just do it
Enjoys a mix of people-facing work and hands-on care (changing a lightbulb, cleaning filters, testing water, etc.)
Loves the idea of living in a tranquil setting and being part of a small, creative team
Has a spark of entrepreneurship — someone who wants more than just a paycheck
Your Role
Oversee day-to-day property presentation and guest experience
Be the onsite contact for guests during check-in (mostly self-check-in)
Keep the grounds tidy and welcoming
Handle light maintenance as needed
Start fires in the fire pit on weekends to create a cozy, social atmosphere
