Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on home standby generators
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and verify repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair and maintenance processes
- Keep accurate records of repairs performed
- Previous experience in small engine repair and service
- Knowledge of electric and gas line a plus
- Familiarity with generator repair is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
-Must have clean driver's license
