- Create hypotheses, set research objectives, and reach unbiased conclusions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Validate assumptions that will guide the product team’s research
- Discover patterns and insights through focus groups, interviews, surveys, field studies, card sorting, journey mapping, testing, and more
- Keep the product design team on track by focusing on specific goals through user research objectives
- Assist the product team in making research decisions that directly impact ROI – saving the enterprise time and money
- Collaborate with analytics team to better understand the customer’s experience with our store
- Educate the business on concepts and best practices that support a research-driven workflow
- Develop customer personas that will guide empathy towards our customers at any stage of a products lifecycle
- 2-4 years of delivering exceptional UX for responsive web and mobile applications
- Well versed in user experience method, design principles, problem-solving, quality assurance recording
- Working experience using Figma/Sketch software (or equivalent) for interface design
- E-commerce experience is preferred
- Experience using Google Analytics to gather user data and identify patterns of user behavior
- Experience performing and analyzing usability tests
- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills
