job title: MDM Data Steward job summary: The MDM Data Steward would be required to manage client stakeholders and establish processes around Data Quality and Data Governance shift: 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST (including 1 hour lunch break) roles & responsibilities: o POC for MDM Data Steward team for discussions with the ERP's client business teams and MDM downstream systems o POC for MDM Data Steward team for discussions with the client IT teams o Responsible for establishing data-quality metrics and requirements including defining the values ranges and parameters that are acceptable for each data element o Responsible for establishing guidelines and protocols that govern the proliferation of data to ensure that privacy controls are enforced in all processes o Responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for the Data Steward team o Responsible for analyzing reviewing and performing updates to customer and vendor master data. This also includes management of standard business definitions o Responsible for performing merger and unmergers for customer and vendor records. This also entails establishing or updating existing match and merge rules o Ability to work with large volumes of master data and provide valuable insights to the client senior leadership team o Responsibilities would also include monitoring ServiceNow and MDM Data Steward Support Mailbox for Issues Questions or Requests raised by users or other teams and resolving tickets and doing root cause analysis (RCA) of any technical issues o Skills Required (Mandatory): Proficiency in Informatica MDM UI Client facing role experience MS Excel o Skills Required (Good to have): MS Visio Experience with Data Quality and RDBMS Demand requires Travel?: No Certification(s) required: No Hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm Education : Additional Job Details :
