Deliver recurring reports with insights on business performance across sales channels and present product/business recommendations to all levels within the organization
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using R, Google Analytics, and other tools to streamline reporting across the growth team
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Digital to develop and revise monthly, quarterly, and annual projections against core business metrics.
Analyze customer journey data to identify key indicators of intent and areas of friction
Work with the Senior Director of Digital to further understand user acquisition and customer retention and to improve performance at the product and channel levels
