RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking a Senior Android Engineer.
Summary:Our client is looking for a passionate Android Engineer to join their established Native Engineering organization. In this role, the Senior Android Engineer will work to build beautiful experiences for company buyers on Android devices. The Senior Android Engineer will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, designers, product and analytics colleagues who work together closely to support our apps. Our growing team requires someone who will thrive making technical contributions in a busy environment, but loves to have fun while they do so!REQUIREMENTS: Technology: Java and Kotlin experience Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders like PM, UX, API engineers, and other native engineers Experience in the entire lifecycle of android app development starting from requirements gathering to publishing to Play StoreNice-to-Have Experience: Debugging and practical knowledge of Android tools Experience with unit tests, functional tests, and ability to come up with a test plan Ability to manage projects end to end in terms of delivery and execution Experience in working with a legacy codebase with a lot of modernization efforts going on Experience in working in a collaborative & experiment focussed environmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
