Currently there are parallel efforts across multiple availability work streams and this role is critical to accelerating these efforts, course correction, and tangible process improvements.Education and Experience:A baccalaureate degree in Business Administration and 10 years of full-time experience of which 7 years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity; OR- a satisfactory combination of education and experience.Desired Skills:Knowledge of NYCT rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of Subways operations. Strong analytical and project management skills. Experience in implementing large technology projects. Familiarity with six sigma principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
