Sr. IT Trainer required for a Long Term Onsite Project at Brooklyn, NY

We are trying to

• Use established standards, business and technical requirements and input from functional team members to design and deliver engaging training using various training modalities including, but not limited to mobile, on-line, video, and other broad reach vehicles.
• Transform complex system information, i.e., design documents, interface designs, prototypes/wireframes, storyboards, and scripts into video-based presentations that allow users to easily and intuitively interact with the online content.
• Create graphic and computer-based assets, software screen recordings, and multimedia effects. Generate close captions for the hearing impaired. Combine video, visual computer assets, and voice recording into prototypes and final projects; release and render videos.
• Guide and manage e-learning video projects through the entire software development lifecycle, from conception, pre-production, production, UAT, and launch.
• Ensure that software e-learning solutions are appropriately tested to meet functional (usability) and technical (performance) requirements.
• Develop e-learning videos using authoring programs such as
  Adobe Premiere Pro (as well as Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360).
• Develop prototypes and
  pilot presentations, utilizing editing tools such as Frame.io and Logic Pro X.
• Design targeted video productions by leveraging specialized business domain knowledge of Client’s social service programs, as well as the manner in which these services are administrated via Client.
• Use deep understanding, knowledge, and expertise of ITS computer software, such as SPOS, Fair Fares, CARES, RAMS, WTS, and LMS, as well as how software is utilized.
• Coordinate and communicate with all levels of operations from Senior Staff to technical teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the IT workforce.
• Proficient at conducting training needs analysis for projects and courses in close collaboration with subject matter experts (business leads and IT project managers) and key business stakeholders.
• Expertise in the development of instructional strategies, assessment techniques, and best practices.
• Experience designing and delivering training solutions in alignment with business objectives and audience requirements, e.g., effective use of instructor-led training, e-learning, web-based technologies.
• Knowledge of SCORM-compliant e-training specifications with properly structured competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitude).
• Proficient in Agile development as it relates to working with application teams and creating complex video presentations.
