Trade support Analyst Intermediate onsite opportunity in

Brooklyn, NY / New Jersey.

Position Title: Trade support Analyst Intermediate

Location: MetroTech Center, Downtown Brooklyn, NY 11245 / New Jersey

Expected Duration (possible extension): 06 Months

Description:

High Volume Trade input. Trade queue monitoring. Dealer and settlement liaison. Trade confirmations, Settlement Confirmation and Fails Management. 3+ years of experience required

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the hedge fund trading business. Client facing potential, Individual will have a key role in trade lifecycle and managing email queries.

Skills:

Detail oriented, ability to handle high volume/time sensitive transactions with oversight.

What are the top 3 things you look for in a candidate? Attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong focus/throughput

What are any disqualifies? Significant errors in prior roles. This is a trade processing role where Individual will be expected to participate in the trade life cycle and be privy to/handle sensitive Client data.

What does a "typical" day look like in this role? Beginning of day tasks followed by dashboard monitoring/trade capture/email monitoring. We work closely with non-US teams to carry out BAU and this role has exposure to the Clients.

What specific work experience (or skills) would stand out on a resume? Operations experience (trade life cycle, preferably mutual and hedge funds), working in a team setting. Handling high volume, ability to multi-task and understands risk.

Will this role be work from home Will follow the schedule of the team. This is expected to be anywhere from 2-3 office days for the foreseeable future with the remaining remote.

Does this role need to sit in Newark DE N/A - This role is in Brooklyn

Once people return to the office is the plan for this role to return as well - N/A - Individual role will follow the schedule of the team.

Is there a possibility that the contract can be extended- TBD - Possible, yes.

Is there an option for this role to go FTE TBD- Possible, yes. Depends on the business needs at that time.

Will equipment be provided Individual will have a workstation when in office.
