• Design - establish and implement design capability including service design practice using internal and external resources; implement process/decision modeling program including deploying software, creating guidelines and ongoing governance
• Modelling & Analysis- partner with technology to agree strategic technical architecture; establish best practices for all stages of data analytics lifecycle and support adoption x-LOB
• Intelligent Automation - identify and coordinate existing initiatives and resources, establish best practices; program manage ongoing initiatives and support BAU operations' execution; liaise with firm-wide programs and represent AWM Operations in evaluation and implementation of existing and emerging digital tools
• X-LOB Opportunities / Community Management - identify and provide vision, cohesion and where necessary, program management support to identified opportunities; develop and support communities of interest/practice
• Practice Development - support the design and launch of our team's service offerings, structure and staffing

• Act as a subject matter expert on process intelligence capabilities like process mining, task mining
• Manage planning, design and delivery of process and task mining solutions
• Lead the delivery of projects for the business, from initiation to operational handover
• Clearly present findings and recommendations from experiments to key business stakeholders
• Develop strategy around creating the process mining, task mining and process intelligence capability, including frameworks, methodologies, governance and engagement structures
• Lead capability and workstream in cross functional program and project engagements
• Build and manage the portfolio of projects and execute projects in timely manner with support of others in the team

• 12+ years in the space of process management, process design & re-engineering, analytics and data management
• 6-8 Years in analytics working on automation data solutions like Alteryx, Tableau with expertise in data management, data governance with knowledge in data modeling techniques
• Strong analytical skills using SQL, PQL, SAS and data visualization experience
• Process mining tool exposure (Python PM package, Celonis, UiPath Process Gold, Signavio) is recommended - end to end process mining experience from platform set-up to analysis will be advantageous
• Use of intelligent process engineering methods like process mining, task mining to identify improvement initiatives
• Ability to understand and design business processes and operations
• A strong awareness, experience and thought leadership of process optimization tools, techniques, approaches and their applications
• Understanding and experience with Business Process Management with hands-on delivery using BPMS software, understanding of Business Decision Management will be an advantage
• Prior experience with workflow automations, business analysis will be beneficial
• Work experience and domain knowledge in banking and financial services
• Logical, analytical and structured thinking with strong relationship management and influencing skills - often influencing senior stakeholders
• Identification and scoping of business opportunities, back with sound commercial acumen

• Capable of working individually and in teams in a fast paced project environment
• Have a track records of successful delivery on programs and projects
