Tasks:Manage all aspects of Client Servers and related enterprise software throughout their lifecycle.Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing impact of issues.Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, hosting resources, systems, reviewing systems and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backup.Monitor performance and maintain Decisions applications.Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.Ensure the Decisions servers, hardware and software are operating accurately. Troubleshoot all issues with the developers, various infrastructure teams and vendors.Work closely with application support & security teams to maintain up-to-date patch levels and application specific feature configuration.Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructureBackup and restore of data and applications.

SkillsExtensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, PowerShell, Internet technologies (Microsoft IIS 7.0, 8.0, 8.5 & 10) and Decisions application.Experience managing Microsoft Widows server environments running modern Windows Server 2016/2019Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with little supervisionPerformance tuning and monitoringExperience with scripting and automation tools
