T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Electric; A local leader in the residential and commercial service industry is looking to add to its growing team.
We have been delivering incredible service to the WNY community for over 25 years, and our professionals have a combined experience of more than 200 years. Our Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical teams service all of Erie, Southern Niagara and Northern Cattaraugus counties.
We are looking for a new team member to integrate into our Customer Service Representative & Dispatching team. This position requires weekend hours, and handling the needs of our clients who require weekend service. The required hours will be Saturday & Sunday 8a - 5p. Additionally, we will require at least one more day in the office to work with the larger team. If the right candidate wants full time work, we are open to that situation, but it is not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Dispatching service calls to our field technicians
- Administrative work will also be required
- Working on an awesome team
Note: Full Time Position.
The job will be based out of our office located in Tonawanda/Kenmore. You will be empowered with a new computer, modern VOIP phone system, and all the tools you will need to succeed. We offer continual training to help you be the best you can be.
Our ideal candidate is self motivated and is able to stay organized and attentive to customers and our teams needs. Experience in business, CSR, office administration, and/or the home service industry is a plus, but not required.
