Responsibilities
Develop and manage the 2024 plan, monitor performance insights, and align goals to impact service quality, volume, and timeliness
Oversee budget and team resources, recommend operational improvements to senior management to achieve strategic goals across the enterprise
Lead and coach a team of professionals, ensure alignment with company objectives, set performance goals, and provide guidance on paid social campaigns
Collaborate across departments to align strategies, goals, and digital marketing standards, while integrating industry best practices
Enhance relationships through frequent contact with senior leaders and stakeholders, addressing market, organizational, and project needs
Qualifications
3+ years of paid social media experience.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Complete understanding of social specific key performance indicators to strategically measureand track program success.
Experience working with Meta’s suite of paid media tools and other native social networking paid media solutions (LinkedIn and TikTok).
Experience with installing and implementing Meta Pixels/Events/CAPI.
Experience with Google Analytics is a must, familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Budget management, recommendations and execution.
Own campaign management from planning and building to day-to-day optimization and budget allocation across paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills; advanced Excel skills a plus.
Interacts well with a variety of personalities and levels of management.
Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have excellent project management skills.
Work closely with social team to define and build a comprehensive social media strategy (paid, organic and influencer).
