- Own pre-sales client engagement to communicate in-depth product benefits and subject matter expertise. This includes conducting demos, documenting requirements, and providing technical support and expertise throughout the trial process for new clients and/or for new product opportunities within existing clients.
- Sales Enablement and content responsibilities include providing guidance and subject matter expertise to marketing and sales specialists as well as the design and production of content for sales campaigns. This “content” could include case studies, market insights, or tailored product deployments to solve specific use cases. This could also include designing materials for go to market including promotional videos, webinars, or creating real-world examples to highlight the latest research.
- Assist in prioritizing tactical roadmap items related to an existing pipeline. Manage and maintain a running list of product and functionality gaps and requirements and prioritize to optimize commercial potential. This will be used in collaboration with the Product Management team to prioritize our roadmap and allow us to capture new revenue opportunities.
- New product launch campaigns and coordination. Work closely across teams to ensure the successful launch of new features and functionality. This requires highly effective collaboration across the sales, relationship management, product, research, and marketing teams to execute go-to-market campaigns and provide an expert feedback loop for product innovation.
- At least 2 years of technical presales experience expertly modeling client/prospect portfolios into vendor software and demonstrating risk and/or portfolio management tools to investment professionals.
- Deep subject matter expertise in fixed income analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise with some or all the following: risk management or portfolio management analytics, cashflow engines, valuation, structured finance, fixed income trading platforms, MBS, ABS, CLOs.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Prior Yield Book experience highly preferred.
- Proven communicator comfortable running discussions and building relationships with various stakeholders at financial institutions.
- Some travel required 25%.
